The products arrived very well packaged, just as advertised, and were perfect for my unique Tideline fish tank. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I purchased two of KR's adapters to use two NanoMats on a Waterbox AIO 50.3 tank. The adapters are very high quality, they look cool, and they fit perfectly. As a newcomer to the hobby, I had an issue at the start because my return pump was pumping too hard -- something I did not realize at the time. I reached out to see if I was doing something wrong and got a quick and extremely helpful response from the owner, who had the same pump and walked me through a fix. It worked and a day later the NanoMats were working perfectly. Even though it was totally user error on my part, he couldn't have been kinder and more patient with me. In a day where the big online retailers get most of the attention, I just wanted to highlight what an exceptional experience this has been. I'm a KR fan for life!!

Media Basket came cracked during shipment. Contacted them and Chris made it right. He immediately shipped me out a new one after he made some changed to make it more sturdy. This was fantastic customer service which is usually lacking in this day and age.

Also the tray fits perfectly and holds all the media I need.

I own the Intank Media Basket and Refugem as well. I prefer this media basket as it covers the whole second section of my Biocube as opposed to the InTank which only covers one area. This allows for the overflow section to use the filter floss as well so that your water is cleaner.

This is the perfect addition/replacement for the biocube. I've been using another company's product for years now and finally, a product that actually works. Thank you Kreative Reefer.

Perfect fit. I was worried because ireoved the sock holder for a mmedia rack, but it was perfect fit without them. Quality is exceptional as well. Will definitely order from them again.

This was the perfect replacement for the one piece filter that came with my Tideline AIO.

I ordered the NanoMat adapter for my Waterbox Cube 20 and it worked perfectly. I had a slight hiccup with the water level, but Chris was very professional and responsive in assisting to get it right. If you have a Waterbox Cube 20 and are thinking about adding a Reefmat, this is definitely your solution for adapters.
